Further supporting our continued growth in 2024, we are thrilled to introduce Umar Mahmood, as part of the PermaRock Products Ltd team.
As Technical Services Advisor, Umar brings some key qualities and experience to the business having worked previously for a major construction products supplier.
Umar will develop the role, balancing both on-site visits from a “hands on” technical aspect and combining this with duties as part of the office-based technical services team providing telephone and email support to specifiers and contractors.
Umar said, “I enjoy the face-to-face interactions, providing a personal touch and providing a better understanding of our products and systems, but also being of assistance over the phone and by email.”
He'll be working closely with our Senior Systems Technician, Mitch Vasey, who shared, "Umar has shown a real passion and desire to learn the PermaRock business, and I am looking forward to working with him and helping him develop his skills to become a valuable member of the PermaRock team."
