Technical Support
One of the most valuable benefits of specifying a Permarock system is the extensive, expert support that is supplied along with it. With over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, we pro-actively engage with project design and construction teams to propose ways of:
- Meeting project targets and planning requirements
- Overcoming challenges
- Realising time- and cost-savings
- Delivering schemes more effectively.
We offer significant technical support and advice on issues including design and detailing, thermal characteristics, fire safety and aesthetics. In this way, we ensure that our systems deliver outstanding performance and a quality of finish that is second to none.

Accreditations/Memberships
Permarock is a certificate holder member of both the National Insulation Association (NIA) and the Solid Wall Insulation Guarantee Agency (SWIGA).
Guarantees
Our track record is second to none. We have over 40 years’ experience and our external wall insulation and render systems have been installed in some of the most exposed locations in the UK. As a result, we can confidently provide a material guarantee on every project. In addition, options are available for the 25-year Solid Wall Insulation Guarantee Agency (SWIGA) Guarantee.
After Sales Service & Maintenance
The successful installation of a Permarock system is not the end of our involvement in a project. We provide aftercare manuals for our systems, detailing how maintenance can be carried out for routine tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, modifying or adding new fixtures and fittings.
Training for Project Stakeholders
We support clients and installers with the training of locally-based installation operatives in the application of Permarock systems. In conjunction with the Registered Installer, we can train job-seeking local residents, or support apprenticeships with installer companies.
