Retrofitting existing properties with external wall insulation (EWI) provides a strategic approach to enhancing energy performance, reducing heat loss, and extending the lifespan of the building fabric. They are are certificated through KIWA BDA Agréments® (BAW-24-331-S-A-UK, BAW-24-332-S-A-UK, BAW-24-333-S-A-UK, BAW-25-403-S-A-UK) to ensure full compliance with UK Building Regulations (including high rise buildings). They also meet the requirements of PAS 2030: 2023 / PAS 2035:2023 for use under the Government’s Energy Company Obligation (ECO) and other energy efficiency retrofit initiatives such as WH:SHF, WH:LG and more.

High Rise Properties
One of the most important considerations for specifiers, when choosing materials for building façades, is the fire performance of the building envelope components.
