As a multi-coat system, Permarend combines layers of reinforcement and finishing coats to deliver a tough yet lightweight façade solution. The inclusion of advanced polymers allows for excellent adhesion and flexibility, which not only helps prevent cracking but also accommodates minor movements in the substrate—an area where traditional sand-and-cement renders typically fail.

With our through-colour renders you can choose from over 1250+ colour shades and if you can’t find your exact colour requirements from within our extensive colour palettes, we can colour-match many of our decorative finishes to RAL, BS4800 and other widely used commercial colour ranges.

Weather Resistance
Provides a weather resistant cladding to new and existing backing walls of brick and block masonry, dense and no-fines concrete. Can be designed for use on buildings in locations where the wind-driven rain exposure classification is ‘very severe’.

Water Vapour Permeability
The systems are water vapour permeable. The rate of permeability depends on the system (thickness and decorative finish type) selected.
Design Life
Systems can be considered to have a design working life of at least 30 years. Lifetimes significantly in excess of 30 years can be achieved with proper maintenance.
