PermaRock, established in 1984 and one of the UK’s longest established external wall insulation and render manufacturers and suppliers, has seen a substantial increase in demand for its extensive range of external wall insulation and specialist render systems in 2021, leading to the business securing additional storage and warehousing facilities adjacent to its head office and main manufacturing / distribution centre in Loughborough, Leicestershire.
Significant growth is forecasted to continue in the coming years, driven by demand from Government led energy efficiency and Decarbonisation funding initiatives, such as GHGS Local Authority Delivery (LAD) / Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) / Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) / Energy Company Obligation (ECO) schemes.
Works under The Building Safety Fund, The ACM Cladding Remediation Fund, alongside increasing specification of PermaRock systems from architects and consultants in the new build sectors, is also expected to drive sales.
This additional capacity positions PermaRock very well to service both existing and new clients, and to meet short, medium and long-term anticipated demand.
