Marketing Manager Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our office in Loughborough.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy in line with the requirements and aims of the business as determined by the Board of Directors. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will report to the Group Head of Marketing.

You will have a strong marketing background,excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.


  • Assist in the development of the PermaRock marketing strategy
  • Ensure the implementation of effective marketing plans that drive growth and engagement
  • Manage brand identity
  • Be responsible for the annual marketing budget
  • Work with a team of marketing professionals to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage external PR, creative design and digital agencies
  • Deliver and oversee all internal / external marketing communications activity
  • Develop and manage content and collateral for the new-build and retrofit markets
  • Oversee social media planning and execution
  • Collaborate with departments across the business and wider group to uncover insights and create marketing and branding campaigns
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and brand across all platforms and channels
  • Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and campaigns
  • Remain up-to-date with emerging trends in marketing communications within the construction industry and retrofit decarbonisation sector

What We are Looking For

To thrive as the Marketing Manager, you will?need to lead on the core areas of marketing, including digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing and direct marketing.

It would also be desirable to have the following knowledge and skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing management role – preferably in the construction / decarbonisation sector
  • Experience in managing day-to-day duties and responsibilities, as well as larger ad hoc projects
  • The ability to develop strong, cross-departmental relationships with team members, and group-wide relationships to enable collaboration, advice sharing, and directional leadership where required
  • The ability to use software packages competently, including?Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, CRM systems and Google Business Tools, including Analytics / Keyword Builder.
