Our systems can only be purchased and installed by members of the Permarock Registered Installer Network; suitably trained contractors with a proven understanding of our products.

For any given scheme, we can provide clients with details of registered installers capable of installing the relevant Permarock systems. Where required, we will suggest installers on the basis of project size, location and programme requirements.

Installer / Operative Training

All operatives involved in the installation of Permarock systems are required to have appropriate skills and competencies. Operatives and supervisory personnel are required to attend training by Permarock. This can be delivered at the Permarock EWI Training Academy or, by arrangement, on-site.

The training includes an overview of EWI best practice, and provides detailed instruction on:

  • Archetype-specific detailing (detail drawings are provided)
  • Compliance with system accreditation
  • Working around combustion appliances, ventilation, gas fixtures and fittings, etc.

To find out more about our training programmes or to book an installer training session, please call us on 01509 262924 or email us at technical@Permarock.com.

Installer Training & Support

To support installers, we run the Permarock Training Academy and have a purpose-built practical training facility at our head office in Loughborough. Here, we provide theory and practical training that’s tailored to suit the requirements of each project.

Training can also be undertaken at a localised, site level and, again, it will be tailored to the specific systems and archetypes associated with the contract.

Sessions can be designed to span single or multiple days. Project-specific training can also be provided to other stakeholders, such as clients. Additionally, we can provide on-site inspections, together with competency checking of operatives to assess their individual capabilities and to establish if they meet the required standards.
