Amphibolin
Amphibolin 2000 is a multi-purpose pure acrylic coating that provides excellent performance on all types of interior and exterior substrates, including mineral plasters and renders, concrete, calcareous sandstone and fair-faced brick masonry, fibrous cement sheets, sound existing paint coatings, zinced surfaces, rigid PVC and wood.
Amphibolin 2000 is weatherproof and is particularly suited to smooth or slightly textured surfaces where a high degree of protection against aggressive air-borne pollutants is required.
As an interior coating, Amphibolin 2000 is heavy duty and scrub resistant and can be used with hard wearing, highly stressed glass-fibre wall coverings as well as for interior areas with poor lighting, such as staircases, underground car parking areas, warehouses and workshops, etc.
Amphibolin 2000 has excellent coverage and opacity and is available in shades from the 3D-Plus System colour range. Amphibolin W is a weatherproof exterior coating containing growth-inhibiting fungicides that protect façades, including external wall insulation systems, againstfungi, algae or moss. Amphibolin W can be used to treat surfaces already affected by organic growths and can be used as a preventative coating onto new or freshly cleaned surfaces.
Amphisilan
Amphisilan is a high performance siliconebased coating for exterior façades.
Amphisilan combines the advantages of synthetic resin dispersion coatings with those of the classic mineral paints. The vehicle has a mineral basic structural formula that is non film-forming and highly permeable to water vapour and carbon dioxide.
These properties result in a coating that gives superior breathability, water repellency and excellent resistance to dirt pick-up and that is highly suited for application onto exterior render and plaster surfaces, mineral substrates, as well as for coating existing, sound silicate paints, flat synthetic resin dispersion coatings and intact EWI systems.
Amphisilan has a velvety, flat appearance (DIN 53 778) and is available in a wide range of colour shades from the 3D-Plus System colour chart.
Thermosan
Thermosan represents the culmination of years of work to perfect a coating that offers the best combination of properties of acrylic and silicone coating technology.
Developed as a breathable, water repellent coating for use with insulated render systems, Thermosan can be employed as a maintenance coating over all exterior masonry coating and render systems, including silicone and acrylic coatings, mineral and silicate plasters and coatings.
Thermosan is particulary suited to provide additional protection against mould and algea growth on surfaces clad with render or insulated render systems.
Thermosan has a flat/matt finish and is available in a wide choice of colours from the 3D-Plus System colour range.
Cap-Elast
The Cap-elast system represents a range of plasto-elastic, crack-bridging materials for the treatment of cracks in plaster, render and concrete surfaces. The range of Cap-elast systemmaterials includes:
- Fibre reinforced intermediate coating for embedment of reinforcing fabric.
- High and low-temperature elastic, crack-bridging finishing coats in a wide range of attractive colour shades from the 3D-Plus System colour range.
- Silk-flat plasto-elastic finishing coat containing fungicides for exterior surfaces endangered by organic growths.
- Highly elastic filler/surfacer for intermediate coats on rough or highly textured surfaces.
- Elastic filler for cracks in plaster, render or masonry.
- Plasto-elastic textured render / plaster coat with 2.2 - 2.8 mm particle size.
Cap-elast materials are water-based, low solvent-content, environmentally compatible and low odour. They are water-repellent (DIN 4108), anti-carbonating (Sd CO2 > 50 m) and have excellent covering power.
