APPLICATION & COMPOSITION
The PermaRock Lamella System incorporates PermaRock Lamella insulation boards of 1000 x 200 mm and in thicknesses to suit individual project requirements.
Insulation boards are fixed to suitably flat, even or uniformly curved surfaces using PermaRock Lamella Adhesive.
Surfaces that are to receive the PermaRock Lamella System should be plumb, flat and true to line and level otherwise preliminary levelling may be required, using an approved levelling compound suitable for use with the Lamella System.
Additional dowel fixings may be required in some locations depending on exposure conditions and insulation thickness. After fixing, the boards can be rasped to remove burrs, etc., ready to receive a PermaRock base coat and reinforcing mesh.
Corners are reinforced with pre-formed protection profiles and the system comes complete with a full range of profiles, trims and base support rails to achieve weather-tight and durable detailing in compliance with the principles of robust construction.
