PermaRock insulated render materials are increasingly being used in modern methods of construction (MMC).

The company is proud to be a member of the new MMC Alliance, a groundbreaking initiative founded by Kingspan to provide specifiers throughout the construction industry with a complete and comprehensive exterior envelope package using off-site techniques based on factory manufactured and assembled systems and solutions.

As one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and designers of specialist render and insulated render systems, PermaRock has been selected to represent the insulated render sector and to supply this visually appealing and thermally efficient material for use with Kingspan’s advanced range of rapid build, non-loadbearing Wall Framing Systems.

Kingspan Wall Framing Systems support a building’s external render, insulation and internal linings, and integrate with building services. Prefabricated offsite, they are suitable for application onto buildings with steel or concrete main structures up to any height, and can be installed recessed or face-fixed providing ‘foundation-to-roof’ solutions.

Kingspan Wall Framing Systems are designed to accept the widest range of external facades, either as conventional cladding finishes or as part of rear ventilated rainscreen systems. By working in partnership with key industry partners such as PermaRock, Kingspan has brought together the Architectural Façade Systems portfolio - an unrivalled range of cladding solutions for specifiers, comprising a palette in excess of 320 façade options and construction method combinations.

Specifiers using PermaRock’s insulated render materials within a Kingspan system are assured that the entire package has been developed, tested and proven to comply with current Building Regulations and British and European Standards (when designed, specified and constructed to Kingspan Off-Site's recommendations).
